In 2001 she got a role in the soap opera, Goenkale. Here, she played Nekane Beitia, a lesbian policewoman from Arralde , a fictional village. She played the role until 2015, when the show was canceled. This role increased her visibility in the Basque Country. Moreover, her role (Raquel Murillo, Lisbon) in the Netflix series La Casa De Papel also known as “Money Heist“ made her much more recognized.
